    Queens County Supreme Court held a final approval hearing for a class action settlement in Brian Williams et al. v. Greenlight Energy Inc. (Index No. 708394/2019). The class covered variable-rate electricity customers in NY, NJ, MD, and PA between March 1, 2014 and May 13, 2019.
